Ok so this was actually pretty exhausting. Generally felt good through the run but slow. This felt like a lot of effort. Not sure if it was because I haven’t done a long run in a while or what but a lot of energy. I ran a trail with about an 800 ft ascent the first 3 miles flat for 2 then back. Stopped at an hour and 20 mainly because of exhaustion and legs feeling wobbly. Had to use a phone since my watch battery died. Going to recharge or get a new watch. Not sure on my heart rate but had to stop about three times and walk for 30 seconds to drink and catch breath.
