Stop crying and start sweating Monday June 18 6 miles dirt run with six strides.

Started with a 10 min walk and then the dynamic stretches. Felt way better going into this run than Saturday I think because of the stretch. Kept a pretty normal but quick for me pace the first 3.5 – 4 miles. Ran on mainly flat dirt the whole time. Felt pretty tired the last 2 miles but maintained a pace I could finishing at 50 minutes. Getting a new watch that measures heart rate so I don’t know that just distance and time. Finished up with six strides which was fun and a little winding towards the end and then some static stretching.
